This being our second kitchen with Kitchen Builders Qld in 12 months, I can only say you have delivered splendidly on all counts and this cannot be a coincidence!

From our first meeting to discuss the project, you gave us very good advice, and told us what would work and what would not. The price quoted was fair and reasonable, and comparable to, and in some cases cheaper than, your competition, and with no silly gimmicks. The schedule of works was detailed, and each and every item was delivered and executed exactly in line with your schedule. The tradesmen who were the same guys we dealt with twelve months ago, (which speaks volumes in itself) were absolutely the best. They were all prompt, courteous, professional, extremely competent and all went out of their way to answer questions, deliver above and beyond what was explicitly required, and were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. We would unreservedly recommend every single one of them.

Paul and Michelle were absolutely fantastic to deal with. I had a difficult kitchen space in my duplex, but what Paul did in transforming my kitchen was amazing. What a great experience we had building our kitchen with Paul and Michelle from KBQ. Following our research, we had several companies come to our property to quote and design, and did not feel comfortable with any of them.They all had negatives and problems,

some were too cheap and others prohibitively expensive and inflexible, plus we had no idea who we would be dealing with throughout the building process, whereas Paul managed our project from day one to the very end. Unlike other companies, Paul did not pressure us to sign up at all, and his unique pricing model was transparent compared to others.

Paul and Michelle were the only ones who offered a completely personal service, right from the first visit, through to the final touches, both of them being involved right from day one. They take great pride in their work, ensuring every little detail of the planning and building process is well taken care of, from design flexibility, interior cupboard designing, to little details and things that we had not even thought of ourselves.

All of the trades were wonderful, reliable, clean, prompt and efficient, keeping in touch throughout, with some even doing some extra little jobs for us.

We cannot speak highly enough of Paul and Michelle and the service and build quality provided by their company, they are very hands-on and always approachable and ready to answer all those niggly questions. The whole process went like a breeze, Michelle called most days, and was right on top of organizing trades and deliveries like no other. She provided us with a detailed timeline showing all the trades that would be coming, their contact info and names, and this was followed to the letter, with Michelle confirming trades and dates as we went along. Paul visited regularly, helping out with the work, doing odd jobs, and checking on progress, even providing us with a microwave and hotplate to use while we were without a kitchen.

We really do have our dream kitchen now, every little detail has been taken care of, and we know there is no way we would have had this exceptional experience and personal attention from any of the other companies we considered. We would happily recommend KBQ to anyone.

I had the good fortune to be their customer recently in contracting them to refurbish my entire Kitchen and bedroom cupboards. As per a usual process in engaging a supplier I invited 3 different organisations to provide me a proposal / quote to rebuild and modernise my kitchen amongst other dynamics s in my unit at Hi-Surf Apartments. Once I had met Paul at my unit he gave me immediate comfort that they were the people I needed on my team. I had provided each quoting company the very same brief and yet Paul whilst he listened to what I had described in fact listened even better at what I had not shared. He asked me questions and made suggestions. He made me think about key aspects I had not originally considered, through his interest in providing me the very best outcome. He was then also able to show me examples of other kitchens he had worked on and pointed out key aspects that I could include. Paul simply broadened my view as to my own needs and was able to help me make a much more informed and crisp decision as to the design and refurbishment requirements.
